New Zealand passport holders no longer need visas for Slovakia, Hungary and Bulgaria. However, they still need one for Romania.

The statistical card has been scrapped for everyone. EU citizens and Americans don't need visas and the US$22 border tax has been scrapped too. In Sofia, I also heard that Australians don't need visas anymore.
