Tim Williams is president of R&R Partners, one of the top 100 advertising agencies in the United States. R&R Partners is most noted for its successful 22-year partnership with the Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority, during which the agency has helped make Las Vegas one of the top destinations and most recognized brand names in the world. R&R Partners has also led the marketing efforts of a number of other notable travel and tourism clients, including the Mandalay Resort Group (Luxor Hotel, Excalibur Resort & Casino, Circus Circus, MotorCity Casino), Bally's, Caesars Palace, Station Casinos, Aramark Parks & Resorts, Travelscape.com, and the Nevada Commission on Tourism.  
 
  As president of R&R Partners, Mr. Williams oversees all of the agency's advertising and marketing operations. Before joining R&R, he was president of Ignition Consulting Group, a management consulting firm serving marketing communications firms in the United States and Europe. Prior to that, Mr. Williams was founding partner and president of the advertising agency Williams & Rockwood, which earned a reputation as one of the country's creative leaders.  
 
  Mr. Williams' career experience includes account management posts in New York and other cities at some of the world's largest and most respected advertising agencies, including Marsteller (Young & Rubicam) and Ogilvy & Mather. His account experience includes well-known names like Jeep, IBM, American Express, CBS Television Network, NBC News, Novell, Mrs. Fields, National Public Radio and the Corporation for Public Broadcasting. Most notably, he helped launch Compaq Computer Corporation, one of the most successful start-ups in the history of American business.  
 
  During his career as an agency president and consultant, Mr. Williams has been featured and quoted in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Advertising Age, Adweek, Brandweek, Marketing News, Print, Creativity and Communications Arts. His work has been recognized in top competitions including the One Show, the Communications Arts Advertising and Design Annuals, the Clios, the Cannes Film Festival, and the National Addys.
